Lou joined Vista Equity Partners in 2009 and is an Associate.
Prior to joining Vista, Lou worked at Lehman Brothers Merchant Banking as a generalist. He also worked at Boliven, a technology-based, intellectual property focused start-up. Previously, Lou worked in the policy and strategy office of the U.S. Secretary of State, where he managed an $8 billion portfolio of U.S. investments and helped lead a restructuring of the $20 billion U.S. foreign aid investment program. Prior to that, Lou was an M&A focused investment banker at Morgan Joseph & Co.
