Michael joined Vista Equity Partners in 2005 and is a Vice President.
Prior to joining Vista, Michael worked in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications Group at SG Cowen & Co. focusing on the software, services, and financial technology sectors. While at SG Cowen, Michael advised clients on buyside and sellside transactions, public and private equity financings, and other strategic advisory initiatives.
Michael currently works with the firm’s investments in MRI Software, SirsiDynix, Sunquest and Zywave.
